Deskjet 2729 manual copy prints out in reduced size . No option in software to change copy size

Deskjet 2729 prints the copy in reduced size by 1/4th of A4 size, with both color and black n white copy buttons. There is no option given in software i.e. hp easy desktop driver app in windows 7 for copy settings. Not even in EWS settings. Already set A4 size in all page setup options as output page, still the problem remains as such.

I understand that you are getting copy issues, I am glad to assist you.

Perform a power reset , Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates
