We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is linked y USB & wireless.  It will scan via Scan Doctor in both modes but gives error message "PC not responding. Check US/wireless..."

 

It prints fine

Welcome to the HP Forums, I would be happy to help you scan from your Deskjet 3250. I understand you can scan from the Print and Scan Doctor but not with the HP Scan Software. Are you initiating the scan from the HP Scan Software, or from the front panel of the printer? 

 

I found a document that might help. This document pertains to a wireless connection type, but I feel the solutions presented could help you to resolve the issue: HP Printers - Network Scanner Connection is Lost (Windows).
