I have removed the printer several times and reinstalled it but it hasn't helped.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

Device setup.exe is still there. I am using windows 10. The problem wasn't resolved. I also have a hp photsmart5520 With the same problem. I am umable to open my sohos program and get the same icon. After going through all the steps the 5560 isn't working at all now. PLEASE HELP!!!
