Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated printer software. When I  connect to the digital FAX setup wizard and go through the HP digital FAX to E-mail setup, I'm fine until I click 4 finish. I get the reply Error. The rules or procedures for transmitting data between printer and server are not supported on the server. Press "Back" to change server name and address. Digital FAX is turned off.
SMTP Server smtp.amil.yahoo.com 
SMTP Port 465
always use secure connection SSL/TLS
SMTP User ID email address (less yahoo.com)
Password Yahoo email password. However; my password authorization is sent to my email address to click the account key green check mark.

Hi,

Yahoo has changed their SMTP Server to use a protocol which is not supported by the printer some time ago, therefore the printer cannot connect to a such.

 

I suggest using another email account such as Gmail and check for any difference,
