Is there a way for faxes to come in digitaly when the PC is on but when it is off, it automatically prints the fax? (without telling the PC to do it)

Hi @vison77,

 

Thanks for joining the HP Forums. I understand you would like to know if you can set your digital fax settings to file faxes, but when the PC is on you want them to print (without having to tell it so).

 

I checked the settings, and it appears you would have to modify whether you want the faxes to print or not. You can have the Digital Fax Filing on, and have the faxes print, or you can disable the print so they only file. To summarize, you would have to manually select if you want them to print or not.
