Product: HP Scanjet 3770 Digital Flatbed Scanner

I was using Windows 11. My plain scanner is an old product.
HP Scanjet 3770 Digital Flatbed Scanner.

I can't see the browser in Win 11. I tried every way but it didn't see it.

I am an artist. Cartoonist, caricaturist etc. First I draw with charcoal, then I draw with ink over the charcoal. Then I scan it with a scanner and transfer it to the PC. I color it with Photoshop. That's why I need a browser. This browser is old but working. It should work. Because I am a retired worker and a new scanner is too expensive for me.
