Divide email based on scanned document size or number of attachment

Hi there,

We were scanning huge volumn of invoices and sending them to an specific email directly everyday. We scanned the invoice by batch and used blank page or barcode as a document separator to generate individual attachment in the email. However, when we scan by batch we don't know how many individual document are there and the document size. As a result, as restricted by the maz email size, we often failed to send out the email.

Is there a HP solution that will divide the attachmanet and send using more than one email when the attachment size exceed certain limit? Thank you.

Hi Banhien,

Thank you for your suggestion. However, we would like to scan directly from the scanner to email. So we are wondering is there a solution that can divide the attachment into another email and send it over. What i mean by "divide the attachment" is:

If there are 10 attachments and it reaches the email size limit when uploading the 8th attachment, the system will create a new email and upload the remaining 2. Just what to know is there any solution can achieve that or a customized software is required. Thank you.
