HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I went to scan some documents into my computer last week and *poof* the menu had disappeared from my app!  Then I see for only $59.99/year I can again recover the menu that I’ve used since purchasing my printer about two years ago. WHAT?!!  That seems SO unfair. I think I need to go back to Canon. 

WHY did HP do that to us?

  2. Update Printer Software:

  3. Restart Devices:

    • Restart both your printer and your computer.
    • This can refresh connections and potentially resolve temporary glitches.
  4. Re-enable Web Services:
