Hi, I've gone through the troubleshooting section of cleaning the moving parts of the ADF, hard reset the printer but the problem persists. Somehow, the ADF cannot pick any paper. Even a single page. It does detect the papers with a tone but when I try to scan 1 or multiple pages, there's a noise like the something is spinning or trying to but can not... Can't describe exaclty the noise cause I'm not sure what's the issue. Is there a way to find a video exaplaining how to disassemble and clean/fix the **bleep** thing?
PS- All other functions of the printer are fine. With USB, WiFi, Ethernet... no change in behavior since it's a h/w problem of the page picking mechanism.
Happy New Year,
Thanos
