I have cleared the paper jam, cleaned the rollers, reset the printer by unplugging the power and nothing works to clear the error. I have retired these solutions a couple of times over the last 2 weeks. The "document feeder Jam" message will not go away. The repair instructions said to schedule a product repair but the page is temporarily unavailable. I don't want to have to buy a new printer but I need to know what is most cost effective, repair or replacing it. The printer still works great and I have several extra cartridges on hand, but I need to be able to scan and fax. What is my best option here? I need to have a solution within the next 2 weeks.

Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
