While attempting to scan multiple pages, I got a paper jam. After clearing the jam, the document feeder will not work properly now. I noticed a pat which seems to be bent out of place and I wonder if this is continuing to cause the problem. My printer is under warrantyT device out of place, but my attempts to find a live agent to contact on the HP website was useless. It just keeps bringing me back to the same troubleshooting page and only offers the virtual agent.
Please look at picture and see what you think. Also how do I contact someone real to get this fixed?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
