Document saving

When I scan a document it scans fine but when I try to save it in a folder the words are jumbled

Can you tell us more about the issue?

For example

• Product Number / printer model name?
• Application or Software you are using?
• Content type?
• New problem?

AND

Do you mean to say the saved document is corrupted?

OR

Perhaps the document is not saving in the folder you select?

OR

Perhaps the content is saving -- you are an HP+ enabled of authorized non-HP+ printer -- you are saving the content as Word (.docx), and the results are not as expected?
