My printer has a scan function. My PROBLEM is that the output to a multi-page is out of order. If I put in 5 pages: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, It comes out: 2, 1, 3, 5, 4. The output order differs from the page scan order. ANY THOUGHTS. I am using the HPSmart

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
If doing a copy job, does it come out in the correct order?
If it's in the wrong order, try to reorder the pages by selecting the "Thumbnails" icon on the top left hand corner to move the pages around.
Alternatively, try using the HP FULL software to scan, these resources will be useful:
