Product: HP Envy 4520 Printer/Scanner
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I have an HP Envy 4520 printer/scanner and a Mac Mini (MacOS Monterey (12.0.1)). Previously I used the scanner with a Windows machine, and could use the Scan option on the printer's menu to "Scan to computer" with a single press. With the Mac, I get an error "No computer found". The error details instruct me to open HP Utility, go to Scan Settings, select Scan to Computer, and select "Enable Scan to Computer". HP's website offers to download HP Smart to use with the printer, but not HP Utility. I can scan fine from the Mac's System Preferences, or from HP Smart, but would like to use the one-touch scanning from the scanner itself.
Is that possible?
