Double sided scanning option not available in HP smart app

Trying to scan documents on both sides, but there is no option in the HP smart app on my android phone to select double sided scanning from document feeder.

The option appears however on windows version of app. 

Is this an oversight or missing feature??

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Smart App from your android phone. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Try the below suggestions-

1)Uninstall HP Smart 

2)Check for Android OS updates on your phone

3) try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware 

4)Reinstall HP Smart
