Product: hp scanjet g4010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My scanner hasn't worked sense the last Win 10 update. When I used my original install CD, it said my OS was not supported. When I try to download and install new driver software, I get a pop-up window containing a large red X and the address of the file where the driver was downloaded to. When I click OK the install app closes. I tried to past a copy of the message, but that didn't work.  Thanks
