I find it really dumb that the scan app does not save temp files as scans are being added, page after page.  Suppose you are scanning several pages and want to finally save as a single pdf file and in the process you tried to add another page but then accidentally hit the fax button and when you backed out it had lost all the scanned images...  I would have expected it to prompt me to ask if I wanted to exit the scan mode and if so wanted to save the scanned images...  The app leaves a lot to be desired...

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer while scanning documents.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link on how to save scanned documents and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
