Duplex printing is not an option for copying

Hello, I just purchased a Laser Jet Pro MFP 3301sdw.  On the data sheet it says that duplex copying is possible, but I do not see that option when I try and copy.  I see 1 to 1 sided, and 1 to 2 sided and that's it.  I've have looked up tutorial videos such as the one below. At the 42 second mark you see the drop down menu that has two additional options: 2 to 1 sided and 2 to 2 sided.  I believe the "d" in "sdw" stands for duplex. How can I add this option?  I just updated firmware, is there something else that needs to happen?

1. Checking on specifications for Laserjet 3301sdw shows

2. Also if you look the same video at the 1:05 second mark you see one important note about Printer Specifications.

3. And now, even when there is a limitation for a Laserjet 3301sdw model to make Duplex Copy,
