EWS System Error is related to the Embedded Web Server (EWS) of the printer. It can be caused by various factors such as incorrect network settings, outdated firmware, or an issue with the printer's web services. Here are some steps to try to resolve the issue:
Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
Check network connection: Ensure the printer is properly connected to the network and has a stable connection.
Update firmware: Check if there is a newer firmware version available for your printer and update it if necessary.
Reset the printer to default settings: Go to the printer's control panel and reset it to default factory settings.
Disable firewall or antivirus: If the issue persists, temporarily disable the firewall or antivirus software on your computer and try accessing the EWS again.
Contact HP Support: If the issue still persists, you can contact HP Support for further assistance.
