Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have been using EasyScan for several years but recently it has started to save a multi-page document as individual files even thought I have scanned the pages all at the same time and try to save them as a single document.  Has anyone else noticed this problem?  It saves to my selected folder on OneDrive but creates multiple documents with a consecutive numbers added to the end of the file name I have typed for each 'pdf document.
