You can edit the Scan to Email address on your HP printer by accessing its settings. Here’s how:

 

Method 1: Using the Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS)

Find the Printer’s IP Address

  • On the printer, touch the Wi-Fi icon or go to Settings > Network to locate the IP address.
  • Note down the IP address.

Access the Printer’s Web Interface

  • Open a web browser on your computer.
  • Type the printer’s IP address in the address bar and press Enter.

Edit Scan to Email Settings

  • Click on the Scan tab, then select Scan to Email.
  • Click Settings, then Add New Profile or Edit Existing Profile.
  • Enter the new email address and configure SMTP settings if needed.
  • Save the changes.

 

Method 2: Using HP Smart App

  1. Open the HP Smart App on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Go to Printer Settings > Scan to Email.
  3. Edit the email address and save the changes.
