Hello
When scanning to email I suddenly get the message that the username and password are not valid? The SMTP settings of the mail server have already been checked many times and are correct. The problem also occurred suddenly without changing the settings. The SMTP server is smtp-mail.**bleep**. With port 587. What could be the problem here?

Both Microsoft and Google have been slow rolling updates to their mail services that now require Multi-factor authentication and will cause issues if your printer is setup when that was not required. You should contact the support of the provider of your mail service for advice. In many cases, scanning to folder and attaching the document to an email from your computer might be the most effective method around the issue.
