Hi @Ck2026

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how inconvenient it must feel when you’re trying to send multiple scanned pages from your iPad and it doesn’t flow as smoothly as expected. Thank you for already exploring options with the HP app—it shows great initiative.

Let’s go step by step so you can easily email several scans together.

Step 1: Open the HP App

  • On your iPad, launch the HP App.
  • Make sure your printer is connected and visible in the app.

Step 2: Start the Scan

  • Tap Scan.
  • Place the first page on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
  • Tap Scan to capture the first page.

Step 3: Add More Pages

  • After the first scan completes, tap Add Pages (sometimes shown as a “+” or “Add” option).
  • Place the next page and tap Scan again.
  • Repeat until all pages are scanned.
  • You’ll see a preview list of all pages combined into one document.

Step 4: Save or Share

  • Once all pages are scanned, tap Done.
  • Choose Share or Send.
  • Select Email.
  • The app will attach all scanned pages together, usually as a single PDF file, ready to be sent.

This way, you’ll have all your scans bundled neatly into one email instead of sending them separately.

If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
