We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I try to scan and email directly from the printer, I get an error saying the address was blocked by the server and to verify the email address is correct.  The address is correct.  This problem just started recently.  Where do I begin to figure out the problem?

Check / Test the setup and Profile(s) using the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

 

If you recently changed the security on your Email - for example, if you set up "Two Step Verification", this can impact whether Scan to Email has access to that email address.

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Scan > Topic Scan to Email
