I am unable to send a fax from the printer as the printer states the "Fax is disabled". Trying to go to settings it is asking for a password. I don't remember setting one. How can I enable the fax function?

Hi @dbates34
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try restoring the printer settings to defaults -
1) Press Setup
2) Press left or right arrow until Service appears on the second line of display.
3) Press OK.
4) Press left or right arrow until Restore Defaults appears on the second line of display.
5) Press OK. The printer will restart automatically.
