Hello
Please can someone help.
I can print from my laptop to the printer but I cant scan from scanner/printer to laptop. It says I need to enable "Scan to computer" but I dont know how to do this.
Can someone please help me!

Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:
The following resource will help you :
http://123.hp.com/us/en/
Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
How to Scan to Computer
Once you have installed the software, watch the following video which will show you how it's done:
Scan to Computer
How to use "Scan to Computer" properly

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
