Enabling scan to folder on officejet pro 7740

How do I enable the "scan to network folder" option on my officejet pro 7740?
I only have the "webscan" option within the printer interface (EWS), and on the printer itself I can only select "Computer or USB".
I don't want either of these since we have a dedicated server for scans.

HP Smart app includes a modified form of scanning and saving to a few different Cloud Storage accounts.

Shortcuts also work for sending scanned content to Email (one or more recipients), printing, or saving locally on the device.
