End of support of HP OfficePro 7740 ? No longer wireless scan to PC/ plus de scan vers l'ordinateur

Hello,
I'm writing this message in several languages because I'd like to understand and get an official response from HP. Since September 2023, the very useful Scan to computer function that I used on my HP OfficeJet Pro no longer exists. Well, to be honest, the function is still displayed on the printer, but it can't find any of my computers on the network (a MacBook running Somona, a Mac mini running Catalina). I can therefore conclude that the function was deactivated by the September 2023 firmware update (EDWINXPP1N002.2336B.00).
The worst thing is that HP support kept me on the phone for some time, accusing Apple of having made an update that had broken this compatibility. As there was no Apple update during this period, this excuse is dubious, even more so for Catalina, which was no longer updated...
To all other users, I invite you to add the systems (and printers) on which HP has apparently removed this function.

je fais ce message en plusieurs langues, car je voudrais comprendre et obtenir une réponse officielle de HP. Depuis septembre 2023, la fonction très utile que j’utilisais de Scan vers l’ordinateur sur mon HP OfficeJet Pro n’existe plus. Enfin, pour être honnête, cette fonction s’affiche toujours sur l’imprimante, mais celle-ci ne trouve plus aucun de mes ordinateurs sur le réseau (un MacBook sous Somona, un Mac mini sous Catalina). Je peux donc conclure que la fonction a été désactivée par la mise à jour du Firmware de septembre 2023 (EDWINXPP1N002.2336B.00)
Le pire étant que l’assistance HP m’a tenu quelques temps en échange pour accuser Apple d’avoir fait une mise à jour qui avait cassé cette compatibilité. Comme il n’y a eu aucune mise à jour Apple dans cette période, cette excuse est douteuse, encore plus pour Catalina plus mis à jour…
A tous les autres utilisateurs, je vous invite à ajouter les systèmes (et imprimantes) sur lesquels HP a semble-t-il supprimé cette fonction.

Escribo este mensaje en varios idiomas porque me gustaría entender y obtener una respuesta oficial de HP. Desde septiembre de 2023, la muy útil función Escanear a ordenador que utilizaba en mi HP OfficeJet Pro ya no existe. Bueno, para ser justos, la función sigue apareciendo en la impresora, pero no puede encontrar ninguno de mis ordenadores en la red (un MacBook que ejecuta Somona, un Mac mini que ejecuta Catalina). Por lo tanto, puedo concluir que la función fue desactivada por la actualización de firmware de septiembre de 2023 (EDWINXPP1N002.2336B.00).
Lo peor es que el soporte de HP me mantuvo al teléfono durante algún tiempo, acusando a Apple de haber hecho una actualización que había roto esta compatibilidad. Como no hubo ninguna actualización de Apple durante este período, esta excusa es dudosa, más aún para Catalina, que ya no se actualiza...
A todos los demás usuarios, les invito a que añadan los sistemas (e impresoras) en los que, al parecer, HP ha suprimido esta función.

I have had this problem for quite some time now.  I first reported it to the HP community November 18, 2023.  I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 connected wirelessly to three Macs.  Scan to computer worked really great until an update I performed just before the 18th.  Then it quit.  It claims there are no computers set up yet they all were until the update.  This left me without a very useful tool that I used quite a bit.  Scan to USB flash drive still works when it feels like it.  I sometimes get errors both on the printer and the scans are corrupted.  The only thing that works reliably on the printer is printing to it from one of the Macs.
