Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had the printer for a couple of years but have come to try and copy a 2 sided document to a 2 sided document.  I have read everything I can and watched videos on you tube.  The said press copy, go to settings toggle 2 sided copying on.  There is no option at all for 2 sided copying.  I have reinstalled the software and restored to factory settings but still no 2 sided copying toggle available.  Any ideas?

I see that you are facing issues with 2 sided copy on your HP ENVY 5010 All-In-One Printer.

 

Please note that only Z4A59A model printer supports 2 sided copy.
