Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. My envy 6458e scanning function stop working - getting error - not connecting but the printer does work. This is all-in-one printer.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Let's do a wireless reset and try setting up using HP Smart again.
