Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Was previously using scan to email from the printer control panel and emailed document was sent as PDF.  Now when I scan to email it sends without file extension.  How do I get the printer to send emailed scan in PDF form from the actual printer controls?

I would suggest in this case to setup scan to email again.
