Scan to email stopped working. It was always working with no issues before. Error message on the screen: "The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later." I have restarted both the printer and my PC. Disconnect and connect wireless. I run doctor exe, it told me to scan from the pc, it did a scan but it couldn't find the email. How do I find/connect to my email again? Don't know what to do next.

I understand you are not able to scan to email and web services are not working on the printer.
Restart web services:
Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
To access the EWS page of the printer,
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
- Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.

I am NOT having any success with connecting to EWS. I have tried the the same procedure 6 time tonight.
I do not know if it does not suppose to work or am i doing something wrong.
I would like to SCAN to EMAIL. I have a ENVY 7640.
Any any any help would be appreciated so that i dont have to keep taking picture with my phone and emailing then as an attachment.
