OfficeJet 4650
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Initially could not scan, with error message: "Scanner is busy."

It wasn't. Tried all suggested fixes without success.

Now get "Error Code OXC4EB8556" on startup, flashing power button.

Any advice would be welcomed.

Thanks!
