I am trying to scan to email a document from my HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in, an action I have performed several times over the years I have had the printer. When I tried today, my printer prompted me with an error message, telling me my username and password are incorrect but it does not give me an option to correct the username or password.
What username and password is my printer referring to?
Where would I correct this username and password on my printer?
