Error WIA

hi I just installed this HP LASERJET PRO MFP M479DW when I open the scanner application and start it with an error text I tried with hp print and scan resolve but it gives me an error on Windows Image Acquisation (WIA) I have already tried many online methods but I can't solve how do I do it?

Hi,
From the search bar type CMD, right-click on Command-Line and select Run as Administrator, be sure to confirm any prompt by pressing Yes.

Past the following command and press enter:

Sc config stisvc depend= rpcss/ShellHWDetection

Now restart your computer and try scanning, may you see any difference?
