Ever since I changed my internet password, I can no longer scan to email. I've entered the new password and can print just fine, but can't scan to email. Can someone please help?

Alright, that means there's a setting on the router that the printer is having some issues with. This should allow the printer to bypass it:
- On the printer click on the the wireless icon that looks like a radio tower. Note the IP Address.
- In your browser's address bar type in the IP Address as it appears on the printer.
- Click on the Network tab.
- Click on Networking on the left.
- Under Networking select Network Protocols.
- On the right, select Enable IPv4 Only and press Apply.
- Under Networking select Network Address (IP).
- On the right select Manual IP Address.
- In the boxes next to IP Address enter the IP Address as it appears on the printer.
- In the boxes next to Subnet Mask enter 255 255 255 0.
- In the boxes next to Default Gateway enter the first three sets of numbers as they appear on the printer. The fourth box will be 1. For example, if your printer's IP Address is 192.168.1.5, enter the Default Gateway as 192 168 0 1.
- Click on Apply.
- Turn the printer off.
- While the printer is powered off, remove the power cord from the back of the router for one minute.
- When the lights return on the router, turn the printer on.
At this point you should be able to use ePrint. If you can use ePrint, try Scan to Email. Now:
If you could not use ePrint, there is a setting on the router that would need to be changed. Contact your internet provider and ask them to:
- Open all ports.
- Enable Multicasting.
- Disable MAC filtering/MAC cloning
- Disable the Guest Network.
- Make sure the router has a 2.4 GHz (Giga-Hertz) band.
If you could use ePrint, but Scan to Email had the same error:
- On the printer click on the web services icon in the top-left corner of the display.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Remove Web Services.
- Click on the Web Services icon again.
- Click on Accept and Yes.
- Try Scan to Email.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If you can use Scan to Email, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Hey @Jennifer777,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are having some issues with Scan to Email on your Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need some more information first. Please let me know if you are able to use ePrint to send a document to the printer. You can do so by clicking on the printer's web services icon (it looks like a tablet with a phone beside it), and then sending an email to the address now listed on the printer. Once I know if that feature works I will be better able to assist you.
