when trying to send a mobile fax i keep getting the

Unfortunately, unless something has changed very recently and the Mobile Fax software is finally out of Trial Mode, there is no actual Support from HP for the Mobile Fax product.

What!?

True - Mobile Fax Trial software is not supported beyond offering free use of the software during the trial period.

We do not have any method to track, trace, or resolve connection errors.

What to do?

Ideas...

Dig through the Mobile Fax documentation and try to find something that will help.

Restart everything that is involved:  Device (computer, tablet, phone) or perhaps device and printer if you are using any part of the printer as a part of configuring or sending the job.

Try again -- do that now or later.

Try again using a different network.

If you have a printer that includes Fax hardware AND if you have a Landline, send a fax using traditional FAX.

Ask a friend, colleague, or family member to use their fax or electronic fax software.

Search for help --
