LaserJet M1212nf MFP
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have the LaserJet M1212nf MFP scanner/copier/printer. It has worked fine for years until recently. Now, when I scan documents onto my MacBook Pro, the PDFs will not open. I have re-installed Adobe Reader thinking that it was an Adobe issue; it's not. The error I receive is attached. Help!Screen Shot 2018-12-05 at 6.48.09 PM.png

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Removing the existing Scanner Application and then installing HP Easy Scan may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1.) Open Finder, click Applications.

2.) Delete the existing HP scanner applications by moving it to trash.

3.) Download and install HP Easy Scan from here
