Hello,
Printer is wi-fi connected with PC (I can print) but when I want to scan, I am getting ( on PC screen ) the error " You need WIA driver to use this device. Please install it from the installation CD or manufacture's website and try again".
Where is that driver??? I cannot find it!!!!
I have Windows 10 (64 bit) and All-in-one Advantage 5275
Please help me!I am getting crazy!
Thank you in advance!

Hello @menmas,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Press key combo "Windows Key + S" enter "service" > click on Service App
> change the Startup type to Automatic for the following services
- Shell Hardware Detection = ShellHWDetection
- Print Spooler = Spooler
- Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) = stisvc
reboot and try again
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas
