Good morning,

my scanner is not working because it is not connected to the PC. How do i install the scanner drivers on my PC again? I don't find the driver CDs.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need help downloading the drivers for your HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist you better:

 

  • I would like to know what operating system is running on your device?
  • What device are you trying to connect your HP Printer on?
  • Is your printer already connected to an active Wi-Fi?
