A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you trying to access the printer EWS(Embedded web server) page?

Which web browser are you using?

Let me know!

Updating the printer firmware, removing stored cookies and data from safari, resetting the printer network settings and re-connecting it back to your home WiFi may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure the printer is up-to-date with its firmware. If you are unsure, you may use the steps available here to update the printer firmware.

1.) Use the steps available here to remove stored cookies and data from safari.

2.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.

3.) Restart your printer, on the printer control panel, press the Wireless button . Press the selection button  next to Settings. Press the down arrow  to select Restore Defaults, and then press OK.

4.) Power off your printer

5.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.

6.) Power on your printer.

7.) Use steps 3 and 4 from this document to connect the printer to your home wireless network.
