Of course this is not a solution. You don't even addresses the issue. I've already done all the suggeted steps even though they have nothing to do with my problem. Please look at the images uploaded in my original post. If you cannot or will not, or if you are a bot, please let me know so I can stop wasting my time here and go about getting a refund.

We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.
