HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw

Hello

I'm having trouble to send fax. I am receiving faxes, but my faxes are not going out.

Every time I'm trying to send  a fax its writing on the printer screen "storing fax" instead of sending fax.

The incoming faxes are working fine.

I tried to use another hp printer but its make the same problem.

On the last try I plugged in a Brother printer and everything worked fine.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that the printer screen of your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw says "storing fax" instead of sending fax.

Please follow steps listed below to restore the printer to its factory set defaults.
1. 2-line control panel Printers: On the printer control panel, press the button which has a icon of a wrench.
Touchscreen control panels: From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
2.Open the following menus:
●Service
●Restore Defaults

3.Touch Restore Defaults and press the OK button. The printer automatically restarts.

Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
