I continue to get the 'Jam in document feeder" i have cleaned everything, checked the paper path is clear. tried to reset. plugged straight into wall socket. Still getting the error message and it wont allow me to copy or scan.

Try connecting the Printer directly to a wall socket.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Nothing works. I've done all the jam clearing steps, everything. I've tried updating firmware (separately received an email that firmware needed updating) but when attempting to install the firmware, message says there isn't any new FW to install.
