Fax confirmation page preview

I just got this printer and I can't figure out how to completely configure the fax confirmation page setup.  I am getting a confirmation page but it does not have a preview of the first page of the fax I'm sending.  How do I configure this machine to do this?

Hi Rob,

From the printer tap Fax, then select Setup.

Under the Fax Reports section select Fax Confirmation and select On Fax Send, next be sure to select to include an Image.

Next go to Fax , tap Setp and ten Preferences and enable Scan and Fax by moving the toggle to 1 or On.

From now on any sent fax report will include an image of the first page.
