I have set the preference to ON, to print a fax confirmation report after sending fax.
The fax sends ok, but the report will not print. I have to go in and manually print the Last Transaction report, which shows that the fax sent ok.
Any ideas why it won't print automatically?
Thanks.

Let me try and help.I haven't done this settings for a while but under advance fax setup i think there is an option to set reports for errors or received or send faxes. You will just have to find the right place to set it on.Hope this will help.

Lets try again.
To enable fax confirmDtLon 1. From the printer control panel display, touch Setup . 2. Touch Setup . 3. Touch Reports and touch Fax &onfirmDtLon . 4. Touch to select one of the following options. 2ff Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting. On (Fax Send) Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send. On (Fax Receive) Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive. On (Fax Send and Fax Receive) Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and receive.
Hope this will help.

Hi Copier-Pro,
As I said in my first post, I have already set the Fax Confirmation to ON (Fax Send), but the printer is still not printing a Report after sending the fax.
Thank you for trying to help!

I have the same issue with my HP Officejet Pro 8810. I've set preferences to print fax confirmation report after each sent or received fax, but it's not printing. That leaves me in doubt as to whether the fax sent or not. I can't locate the Last Transaction report referenced by a previous commenter. Only thing I can find is the Fax Log report, which shows the last 30 faxes.
