Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Last few times I have tried to send an outgoing fax , I keep recieving "No Answer". The numbers are correct and am able to send from work. Had a guest stay with us and don't know if somehow something was changed. Would an ethernet cable now connected to wireless router (comcast internet and phone ) ?

I can't seem to find plain english conection  help. I think I just need to verify everything is hooked up correctly. Have never had this problem before.. and do not get incoming faxes.

So, if anyone is able to provide any information  about connections to a comcast router ( comcast customer service is a joke ) it would be greatly appreciated
