Recently my Mobile fax has been giving me problems. We I open my Mobile fax on my computer everything is normal,
However, when I click the compose button, a blue circle starts spinning within the send fax button. I can put in all information and load files to the fax body, even compose a cover letter. But when I'm done with all the loading of info, I want to send the fax, but the blue circle is still there spinning and I cannot send the fax. If I make the fax a draft, I can leave the page , but if I edit the fax, The blue circle on the Send Fax button is still there, and I'm stuck and can't sent the Fax

@Chaim6857, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Here are step-by-step troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the issue:
Restart Your System
Close all open apps.
Restart your computer.
Reopen the HP Smart app and try sending the fax again.
Check Internet Connection
Ensure your internet connection is stable. HP Mobile Fax uses the internet to send faxes — not the printer's fax hardware.
Try opening a few websites or streaming something briefly to confirm your connection is working well.
Update HP Smart App
Open the Microsoft Store.
Search for HP Smart.
If an update is available, install it.
After updating, try composing and sending a fax again.
Reset HP Smart App
Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Find HP Smart in the list.
Click on it and select Advanced options.
Click Terminate, then click Reset.
Reopen the app and try again.
Sign Out and Back In
Open HP Smart.
Sign out of your HP account.
Close the app, reopen it, and sign in again.
This can fix session or sync errors affecting fax.
Check for Pending Faxes or Drafts
In HP Smart, go to the Fax History or Drafts section.
Delete any stuck or incomplete faxes.
Start a new fax from scratch — don’t reuse the draft.
Reinstall HP Smart
Uninstall HP Smart completely.
Restart your computer.
Download the latest version from the HP website or the Microsoft Store.
Set up your printer again and test Mobile Fax.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
