Fax wont send, it just rings with no answer

When sending a fax, it will act like it's going, rings and pops back with no answer. I don't think its actually dialing out. Please advise.

I feel it's ATT.

The message I get when trying says "AN ACTIVE PHONE LINE WAS NOT DETECTED".  So would you think that's ATT.?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Check if there is a dial tone on the Phone line.

Are you facing any issues in receiving a Fax?

Are you using a phone line with ADSL fax connection?
