Faxing directly from printer HP7855 by loading, choose send now, and dialing

I loaded a four-page document into the feeder of my HP 7855 which was connecting to wireless internet, chose send fax now, keyed in the number.  It dialed the number and I heard some sounds.  It printed a fax log page that says "no answer."  I've tried to fax to this business 3 times and same thing.  Do I have to do something else before I can fax something or is it just a "no answer," due to business not answering.

1. Are you facing any issues while receiving the fax?
2. Check if there is a dial tone on your phone line.
3. Do you see any error messages while sending fax?
4. Have you tried sending a fax to a different number?

Meanwhile, print and share a fax test report 

The Fax Test Report lists the status of the fax function and steps to troubleshoot the function in case of a fax test failure.

• Load plain U.S. letter or A4 paper in the input tray.
• On the printer control panel, swipe left, and then touch Fax.
• Swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup.
• Touch Tools, and then touch Run Fax Test to print the report.
